Self Esteem Counselling

Your sense of self esteem is based on the thoughts and feelings you have about yourself.

These could range from not liking certain things about yourself or hating yourself, or feeling extremely uncomfortable within yourself and around others, constantly comparing yourself to others, or being concerned about what other people think of you.

Being able to explore these aspects of yourself with creativity and compassion can open up new experiences within, a greater sense of who you are, and help you feel more comfortable and confident in all areas of your life.
