Do you suffer from migraines?

Do you believe in the mind - body connection?
Are you curious about the possible emotional, mental and psychological aspects of your migraines?
Have you ever wondered about complimentary options for treating migraines other than medication?

Working on the hypothesis that there is a relationship between your emotional, psychological organisation and the symptoms of migraines, this course offers an opportunity to:
 * learn to track the pre-cursors and possible triggers
 * identify the syndromal patterns in the nervous system
 * explore the emotional, mental, psychological and social aspects
 * develop skills to regulate your nervous system
 * learn about new technologies in the form of neurofeedback that assists     the brain to do it’s job better and
 * expand your list of options that support you in dealing with migraines

Based on Somatic Experiencing developed by Peter Levine to work with the effects of trauma in the body and to assist the Central Nervous System (CNS) to self-regulate.
