This is a weekly community, in-person event designed to help you understand your stress responses, build emotional capacity, discover your mind-body connection and restore resilience. Learn how your nervous system works and what it needs to thrive. Share laughs, have some fun and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.

Topics include:

  • Stress and the nervous system

  • Survival responses: fight/flight/freeze/fawn

  • Self-regulation and stabilisation skills

  • Somatic practices to release stress and improve regulation

  • Positive and negative stress

  • Building resilience and emotional capacity
